Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some personal-use fitness products may not be eligible for return after use.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
